Wish there was a 1/4 star .... Save your money and headaches ...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. There customer service excuses is just like water running down a facet - keep going without stopping. There are the most dishonest, false product advertisement merchant I have ever dealt with. First, they sold me a product which arrived damaged and late.

The item was purchased to be shipped overseas into a shipping container. During numerous conversation with a person name "Raphael M", I told him that I would glue the broken part on and after installation, I would see how it holds together and report back. He said "OK" but upon reporting back, it was nothing but B.S so I could keep the product past the date where I could NOT file a claim with my credit card company for reimbursement. NOTE: The damaged product did not fully met OEM specifications as ProTuning Lab claim.

I will post the entire conversations with ProTuning Lab Inc. -------------------------- Mar 22 to ProTuningLab Inc support Hello Customer Care, My order was delivered today while I was at work. Upon returning home and verifying the contents in the boxes, I noticed one of the white boxes was packed differently. The box in question had the "left" headlight housing assembly.

The same headlight with the damaged bracket had more issues. The socket for the "turn signal/DRL" was not OEM sized-correct. It would not work with the OEM bulb/connector. The socket had to be modified in order for the bulb/connector to fit securely.

It appears that the item was sold previously and returned when it was found not to be compatible to OEM specifications. The other headlight fit perfectly which was a sealed item upon receipt. As I had initially mentioned, the lights were shipped to another country. Where do we go from here regarding the light issue?
