We purchased LED headlights, tail lights and fog lights for our Ford F350 Super Duty truck in mid-January. After paying for professional installation to ensure we did everything correctly, the large Halo in one of the headlights was out.

After many, many email exchanges requesting a return authorization, the techs decided a new CCFL inverter was the fix. The part did finally fix the problem. Of course, the professional installer charged me to swap the parts. Imagine my surprise when - after spending $600+ with them - ProTuningLab refused to reimburse the $48.15 labor charge for switching their defective part.

Thanks guys. PTL gets no more of my $$$.
