Ordered a catalytic converter back exhaust system. The system was damaged in shipment. It took a threatening letter for them to address the issue w/ FedEx. They have not returned my money and are attempting to charge $41.00 for "their trouble"!

Just sent a Demand letter for payment prior to taking the case to small claims court as noted below:

To whom it may concern:

Please be advised that Pro Tuning Labs owes me the sum of $199.00 because of non-refund of payment for the purchase of 92-95 Honda Civic 2/3Dr MFCAT2-CV923T-SD from Pro Tuning Labs after product return to Pro Tuning Labs.

This will be Pro Tuning Labs's only chance to settle this matter before I file suit against Pro Tuning Labs in Small Claims Court. I am agreeable to a lump sum payment, or to a payment plan. Please contact me on or before September 27, 2011 for purposes of settling this matter. If I do not hear from Pro Tuning Labs on or before September 27, 2011, I will file a lawsuit against Pro Tuning Labs without further notice. It is in Pro Tuning Labs's best interest to settle this matter before a lawsuit is filed. If a judgment is obtained against Pro Tuning Labs, it will negatively affect Pro Tuning Labs's ability to get credit, Pro Tuning Labs will be ordered to pay court costs, and Pro Tuning Labs will incur interest at a rate of 10% per annum.

Based on the foregoing, I expect payment in the amount of $199.00 made payable to me, Video7, no later than September 27, 2011. (I can be reached at: Telephone: xxx-xxx-xxxx ) If Pro Tuning Labs decides to ignore this demand for payment, I will further pursue all of its legal remedies without further notice to Pro Tuning Labs. This letter serves as evidence that I have attempted to resolve this matter informally.

I ordered some headlights and running lights from Pro Tuning Labs.One of the headlight brackets was broken when I took it out of the box.

A couple of months later I noticed that the lens were coming off of the running lights. I tried to contact Pro Tuning labs about it. No response. After send multiple emails they finally responded by saying that my six months had expired.

That's why they wait so long to respond. So your six month warranty will expire. These guys sell JUNK.

I ordered projector lights with HID's installed and received a FedExshipping notice the next day.Nothing shiped though and I emailed them regarding when they would be shipped as I can understand that items are back ordered sometimes-It would be good to let b your customers know this though as it's not professional to not let your customers know.

I did receive an immediate response in very bad English that the HID's were being installed and then an immediate follow up email from a different person in much better English apologizing for the delay. On the next day I started reading reviews on producing labs and was shocked by all of the horror stories. The next day they emailed and said they would be shipped Friday but they would refund me if I didn't want to wait. I asked for an immediate refund after reading the horror stories and they immediately refunded the full amount to my pay pal account.

I guess I was one of the lucky ones but I was always polite and professional.At the bottom of my emails I always put my organization and position so maybe this had something to do with it as I work for a large "regulatory"agency.



Sorry to hear about your troubles with these guys. I don't think they speak English an seem to be from China. I was about to drive to California and show up on their door step but they refunded my money and I forgot about their crappy little company.

I also got broken parts and wrong parts sent to me.They sent replacement parts that arrived broken and wrong fit.

I complained and they said they would credit, not done or the extra parts I paid for were not sent.

They will not answer my calls or emails or return.:(
