I am in for $500-$1000 so far with NO product.

The havent responded to at least 4 emails, 2 voicemails.

Never buy anything from them. It isnt like they just responded once ...

they NEVER responded after 2 orders. Since they 'backordered' one item and never responded to my request to cancel, i ordered another item to replace SAME issue . Getting ready to call the better business bureau etc to get some formal processes going.

Would definitely recommend that you do not use this company. Again, i am pretty patient with support but it has literately been 0 responses in over 4 weeks.
