I HAVE HAD CONSTANT ISSUES WITH MY PURCHASE, THE LIGHTS WORKED FOR A MONTH OR TWO THEN THE BALLAST WENT OUT. I WAS CHARGED FOR SHIPPING FOR A NEW ONE.

AT THAT TIME I WAS TOLD THEIR PRODUCTS HAVE A 1 YR WARRANTY (IN WRITING FROM THEIR SUPPORT TEAM) THEN ONCE I FIXED THAT, I NOTICED MOISTURE IN THE HEADLIGHTS AND REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT SET OR A FULL REFUND. THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT IT ONLY HAS A 30 DAY WARRANTY. EVEN THOUGH I WAS PREVIOUSLY TOLD IT HAD A 1 YEAR WARRANTY.

THEY REFUSE TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT AND YOU CAN CLEARLY NOT BE TRUST WHAT THEY SUPPORT TEAM TELLS YOU. THEIR ETHICS IN MY OPINION ARE NOT IN BALANCE AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT SERVICING THE CUSTOMERS THEY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY FOR A *** PRODUCT.
