I have purchased a something and got overcharged

They are thieves, they lied about their product description and refused to accept return
They completely lied about the fitment of their fender flares. DO not buy from them, they are thieves.
They said that the fender flares had installation hardware included, it did not, it came with nothing but some cheap tape thrown on there. I also attempted to install them but they would not fit because they are too small. I sent in pictures but they are such thieves that they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and all Leslie will do is just repeat (copy and paste) the same "customer response email". This is not a joke like she is making it, I have proven they have done wrong, but they will not correct their mistakes.
Its shame. All I ask is a simple return and refund because they screwed up.
Do not buy anything from they site, because I'm sure this how they treat everyone. STAY AWAY.

Defective part
Received defective light fixture for my Cadillac CTS. when I contacted customer support first they blamed me for the defect by saying I altered the fixture.
They advertised the fixture to have H11 low beam bulb but fixtures that arrived have H1. Right hand side fixture projector lens is defective and doesnt project light correctly but because I already installed on my car they are no longer eligible for the 30 day return???
So now, Im basically out $300+ for the light assemblies and an additional $100 for the correct fitting LED bulb.
I could go on and on about my experience with pro tuning lab the excuses, the blame game and the customer service (or lack there of ) These guys are a rip off and dont know what they are talking about when it comes to the products they are selling and will find every and any way out of correcting any issues.
Buyer beware!!! Not the type of place you want to do business with.
