Protuninglab - Headlight Review from Maple Grove, Minnesota
Not OEM quality Headlights
I purchased a set of HD Halo Ring head lights for my 2005 Tacoma, after 13 months the driver side head light started taking in water. I called customer support because I purchased the extended warranty for these lights for another year.
I just past the warranty period and was told to take light out and have the housing resealed, now im not mechanically inclined to do such a thing and had these professionally installed for $350 at my body shop plus the price of lights was around $300. Now I have to waste more money to have the body shop take out the headlight and reseal. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but company never responded (of course). BBB advised compliant is on file and there was nothing else they could do at this time.
I have filed a complaint on every website this company is on. Buyer beware stay away from this company as they advertise their products are OEM quality. Their wrong, they are junk, my original headlights where 12 yrs old without a leak.
These types of companies should not be in business.

Headlight full of condensation!
I received two new headlight assemblies from pro tuning lab on July 12th...I installed on July 17th, and by August 23rd the passenger side headlight was full of condensation! The 30 day warranty has expired, so they told me to remove the headlight, dry it out with a blow dryer and seal it with silicone....I shouldn't have to do this to a "new" headlight!
I Will never buy from protuning lab again!
There response: "These headlights come with a 30 day warranty on them. Due to your order delivered & received on 07/12/16, we cannot issue out another headlight.
As for the condensation build up, I can provide you with assistance on how to get rid of it. Detach the bulb and let the headlight dry out. You may try to further the process by using a hairdryer. Do not use heat gun as it may be too hot. After it has dried, try to use silicone sealant to seal the housing of the headlight to ensure there are no leaks. This may be a quicker resolution than to reprocess a whole new assembly which may take up to two weeks."

Headlight Review from South Gate, California
Cold air intake finally arrived
I ordered a Cold air intake, on June 30 which had to come from the manufacturer because pro tuning lab did not have one. the manufacturer said that their Cold Air Intakes inventory were all "defective" so I had to wait longer for them to replenish their stock.
After 20 days I finally received it but the wrong color I ordered red I got black. Jack T tried to help but to no avail.
I would stay away from this business , it was just not worth the aggravation. Also don't try calling them you will be on hold forever.

Protuninglab Customer Care Review
BUYER BE WARE of the SCAM at ProTuningLab
I placed an order with ProTuningLab on 12/24/2015 for three items. They made a mistake in the order and I requested to cancel the order which they refused to do saying it had shipped already less than 12 hours later on Christmas day….
really???!!!!. After many attempt to email and call the company to accept the items back I placed a dispute with the credit card company. When I did finally speak to ProTuningLab they refused to accept the items because they would not return them without a restocking fee even though the necessary return was their mistake. After many more hours waiting on hold and a few nasty conversations with them they agree to take the items back and provide a full refund if I would accept the package and then return the item and if I paid the return shipping, which I did.
I sent these items back and communicated to them they had been shipped on Jan 12th, they acknowledged receipt of the return item and I was due a full refund for 280.98. After agreeing to accept the items back, on Jan 18 they emailed me and asked me to close the credit card dispute so that they would not receive the charges back for the items, which I closed the dispute with Discover in good faith. They specifically said “there will be no problem with the refund” in an email which I still have. I had not received a refund on Jan 29th and contacted them by email (again no one answering the phone, wasted hours being on hold), they said their “accounting department” needed verification I had closed the dispute.
I sent a copy of the email from Discover of the closed dispute. On Feb 9th I contacted then again with the arrival of my Discover statement and no refund. They return an email stating I received a refund of 277.98 for the light I had return. This was a lie and a delay tactic to not refund the item for 280.98.
The 277.98 credit was for the item that was on back order, I never received that item (tail lights) and it was never shipped to me, not the item (head lights) I had returned. I then contacted the credit card company to place this back into dispute, initially they would not help because I had closed the dispute. After 10 emails, and 5 phone call, a 19 page fax, three documents uploaded on line and then talking to the VP of customer service Discover is finally placed the account back in dispute. The problem was ProTuningLab keeps lying to Discover that they refunded the item, which they have not done.
March 1, many more emails ProTuningLab is again asking me to close the dispute and they will refund the money. WTF. By the way, they will send you emails and pretend to be different people. This is a scam company, clearly a game for them “ Jack T”” Raphael M”” Luis M”” Gerald G”” or whatever alas used is all one lying cheating steeling POS.
I was tricked by ProTuningLab to close the original dispute, I provided proof as requested of the return and the closed dispute with Discover Card. ProTuningLab has refused to refund the money for the lights that I mailed back and was acknowledged received at ProTuningLab.
They have my money, they have the lights. They are a P.O.S, buyer be aware of their scams.

Headlight Review from Detroit, Michigan
First I would like to take a moment and say how absolutely I'm pissed about this business. I ordered two headlights that I paid approximately $400.
The owners manual was ***. They literally said nothing on how to adjust the headlights, only where they were located. The headlights it self were cheap China made ***. I payed a additional I believe $100 for the bright halo rings that doesn't matter now because they don't work.
And I have only had these headlights for 3 months now. Just to clarify they are the Neon srt4 halo version 2 headlights. If you buy from this website you might as well take the headlights that you got from them and throw them in the trash where they belong. And keep the OEM ones.
Now to wrap things up. I call customer support 5 different times, they first had me on hold for and hour.
Then they made up excuses of why the headlights weren't working. I am very upset with this website http://www.protuninglab.com
I would NEVER buy from them again.
